After the filming of Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, a Hallmark Channel Christmas movie, we replaced over 6000 bulbs that we use to outline the rooflines of our downtown. We have converted many of those bulbs, used in the filming of the movie, into holiday keepsakes. You’ll cherish the new addition to your collection, knowing it was part of a Christmas movie filmed here in Independence during the summer of 2024. The bulb features the logo of our downtown (seen on the street banners in the movie) and a miniature stocking cap – a nod to the movie’s storyline.
